Arrival and departure: 
Only possible on Saturdays from Whitsun to mid-October. The rooms are available from approx. 1.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. If you are arriving after 6.00 p.m., please let us know. The rooms should be vacated by 11.00 a.m. at the latest on your day of departure. Unfortunately any missed days due to early departure or late arrival have to be charged in full.

Price per double room:
If a double room or suite is occupied by only one person, a surcharge will be added to the half-board price. For the double room it is 15 € per day and for the suite 45 € per day.

Dogs: 
Please bring a dog blanket. Pets are not allowed on the couch or bed in the room. An additional fee of €30 per night will be charged.

Prices:  
All prices are listed in euros and are per person, per day with half board. For a single night stay, we charge an additional fee of €8.00 per person, per day. For a suite, there is a surcharge of €10.00 per person, per day. For a three-night stay (house), there is a surcharge of €4.00 per person, per day, and for a three-night stay (suite), the surcharge is €6.00 per person, per day. Printing errors and changes reserved.

Local tax:
Local tax per day and person (from 14 years - school and youth groups up to 18 years excluded) 2,90 €.

Payment method:
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer, credit cards and EC cards are not accepted.

General cancellation conditions:
Cancellation up to 30 days before departure is free of charge. In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the trip we charge 50% of the booked price. In case of cancellation from 15 days to 7 days before the start of the trip we charge 70 % of the booked price. In the event of cancellation between 7 days and the start of the trip or in the event of a no-show, we will charge 100 % of the booked price. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the full half board price.
