Arrival and Departure:
From Pentecost until mid-October, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays. Rooms are available from approximately 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us in advance. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
In case of early departure or delayed arrival, the full amount for the missed days will unfortunately be charged.

Price per Double Room:
If a double room or suite is occupied by only one person, a surcharge will be added to the half-board rate.
For a double room: €15 per day
For a suite: €45 per day

Dogs:
A dog blanket must be brought along. Pets are not allowed on the couch or in the bed. A flat fee of €30 per stay will be charged.

Prices:
All prices are in euros and are per person per day including half board.
For stays of only one night, a surcharge of €8.00 per person per day applies for single or double room bookings. For suites, the surcharge is €10.00 per person per day.
For stays of three nights, the surcharge is €4.00 per person per day for single or double rooms and €6.00 per person per day for suites (valid from April to November).
The local tourist tax is €2.90 per person per day (from age 14 and up).

Payment Methods:
Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards or debit (EC) cards.

General Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the booked price
Cancellations 15 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked price
Cancellations within 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the booked price
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge the full half-board price.
